1. PROVIDE RADIATION SAFETY SERVICES

- In Health: Performing quality inspection services for medical X-ray equipment; inspection, maintenance, calibration equipment PET, SPECT, accelerator, gamma knife, radiation therapy equipment of all kinds. Train technicians in these operations.

Medical field: Carry out services on verification and calibration of X-ray machines and radiation measurement equipments in the field of Medical…; QA/QC for X ray, CT, PET, SPEC, Accerator, Gamma knife and the other therapy equipments in medicine’s facilities. Training the technicians on this fields.

Other branches: Measurement, survey and assessment of radiation safety for radiation facilities, activities related to radiation in healthcare, industry, environment…;

Measuring, surveying and radiation safety for the radiation organization in the field of Medical, Industrial and Environment…;

Design consultancy , supply of materials and equipment, construction, installation and assessment of radiation safety: medical X-ray rooms, radiotherapy rooms, industrial radiographers and other construction works Radiation Safety.

2. PROVIDE CONSULTING SERVICES AND PROCEDURES FOR LICENSE

License to operate radiation facilities, use radiation equipment and radioactive sources; Support procedures for decommissioning and disposing of used radioactive sources;

Carry out consulting and guidance on the procedures of notification registration and licensing to radiation-related activities; Consultancy and guidance to stop and treat used radiation sources.

ORGANIZATION OF RADIATION SAFETY TRAINING, ESTABLISHING PLANNING EXERCISES TO RESIDENTIAL RADIATIONS : Radiation safety training in Industry and Health. Develop plans, programs, scenarios and coordinate in organizing exercises to respond to radiation incidents;

ACTIVITIES FOR CONSTRUCTION OF PROGRAMS AND ORGANIZATION OF EXERCISES TO RESPOND TO RADIATION ISSUE

To comply with the provisions of the Atomic Energy Law, based on its assigned functions and tasks, the Center for Non-Destruction Evaluation (NDE) coordinates and supports radiation safety management agencies and agencies.
